Interpretation of Results
- The patient exhibits normal absolute expression of all adhesion molecules
tested. However, when the antigen density (mean peak channel fluorescence-
MPC) is examined, the patient appears to express over four times the antigen
density as the healthy control. The granulocytes appear to be up regulated
in
vivo to a degree thereby limiting the final stimulation index value
(see histograms below). However, the stimulation index is just within the
normal range (SI=3-30).
