A 80 year old very active male presented
to generalist with increasing fatique, reduced tolerance to his routine
exercise, and weight loss over the last three years.

He also complained of recurrent
infections which had been treated at a local walk-in clinic.

His physical examination demonstrated
some lymphadenopathy and splenomegaly, but was otherwise unremarkable.
