at a VA hospital and diagnosed with AML-M4

Patient was treated with appropriate
chemotherapy for AML M4

After treatment, patient did not
respond, condition worstened, count countinued to climb and platelets continued
to drop

Patient then transferred to University
Hospital for re-evaluation
